Sol-Ark L3 HV-60 Indoor Commercial Battery Energy Storage System
The Sol-Ark L3 HV-60 is a high-voltage lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery system for indoor commercial installations. It provides 61.44kWh of nameplate storage and 55.30kWh of usable DC energy under Sol-Ark’s published test conditions. Paired with the compatible Sol-Ark 60K-3P-480V hybrid inverter, it can support commercial solar storage, load shifting, peak demand management, and backup power projects.
This listing is for the indoor battery rack system. The inverter, solar panels, installation, and site-specific electrical equipment are sold separately.

Key Benefits
Storage for Commercial Energy Projects
Store energy for use during expensive utility periods, manage peak demand, or add battery backup to a properly designed commercial system. The battery works with Sol-Ark’s 60K-3P-480V three-phase hybrid inverter, allowing the installer to configure the complete system around the facility’s loads and operating goals.
Expandable Capacity
The L3 HV platform supports additional battery racks for larger projects. Sol-Ark lists up to 16 indoor battery units per compatible inverter, subject to its system design and installation requirements.
Built for Indoor Installation
The rack-mounted battery has an IP20 (NEMA 1) rating and is intended for a suitable dry indoor location. Its operating range is 40°F to 110°F (4°C to 43°C). The installation site must also meet Sol-Ark’s floor loading, access, spacing, and local fire-code requirements.
Battery Management and Protection
The system includes a Battery Control Unit for battery monitoring and control, a built-in 200A DC disconnect, and module-level fire suppression. Lithium iron phosphate chemistry and the integrated controls are designed for commercial energy storage operation.

Sol-Ark’s installation manual specifies a minimum 96-inch ceiling height and equipment clearances that must be reviewed for the site.
