US Solar Supplier strives for seamless shipping. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and dimensions, using FedEx/UPS (ground) or freight carriers (insured). We use our own shipping accounts. Standard fulfillment is within 7 to 14 business days, subject to change.
Route Shipping
We highly recommend using our Route Shipping service. What is it? For a small fee at checkout, Route provides an optional layer of security for your online order, safeguarding your purchase against loss, theft, or damage during shipping.
Delivery Inspection:
You must inspect shipments before signing. Note any damage/issues on the delivery receipt (BOL) or with the freight carrier immediately.
Signing without notation confirms acceptance of goods in good condition, releasing US Solar Supplier from liability for undisclosed damage or missing items. For visible damage, note it on the receipt, but US Solar Supplier is not responsible for damages on signed deliveries. Take photos of damaged materials and the BOL. For major damage, refuse delivery.
Please notify us via email (sales@ussolarsupplier.com) within 24 hours of delivery with the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) and supporting documentation. US Solar Supplier isn't responsible for costs related to undocumented damage. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
NOTE: If circumstances don’t allow for immediate inspection, you will need to write “subject to inspection on the Bill of Lading (BOL)“.
Damage Claims:
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery for damaged/defective/incorrect items. Obtain an RMA before returning items in original packaging.
When expedited shipping is possible, we aim to ship next-day for orders placed before 1:00 PM ET (10:00 AM PT). Later orders ship the following business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded (except for Saturday delivery, available by contacting +1 (800) 230-7004).

Freight Options:

Ground/Freight Cost Logistics:

US Solar Supplier is not responsible for confirmed delivered packages. We will provide delivery information for customer investigation. We highly recommend Route Shipping Protection on all purchases.
