The FranklinWH aPower S APRS-10K15V1-US is a complete solar and battery energy storage solution that combines a 15kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery with an integrated hybrid inverter and four built-in solar MPPTs.
Designed for direct connection to photovoltaic modules, the aPower S simplifies solar-plus-storage system architecture while providing powerful whole-home backup capability.
Each aPower S provides 15kWh of usable system energy and supports up to 15 units per FranklinWH aGate, scaling system capacity to as much as 225kWh. T
The battery delivers up to 10kW continuous discharge power from the battery alone and up to 11.5kW continuous output when PV input is available. The integrated solar inverter supports up to 20kW maximum solar STC input, four independent MPPTs, and a PV operating range extending to 600VDC.
The aGate AGT-R1V3-US sits between the utility, house loads, aPower S, and other energy sources and decides where the power goes. Franklin describes it as the system's central energy-management controller.
