The Victron Energy LYN034170210 Lynx Smart BMS 1000A (M10) is a high-current battery management system designed specifically for Victron Lithium Battery Smart LiFePO₄ batteries.

It combines a 1000A main safety contactor, integrated pre-charge circuit, built-in battery monitoring, Bluetooth connectivity, VE.Can communication, DVCC control, programmable relay functionality, and Lynx Distributor fuse monitoring in a single M10-compatible module. 

Designed for compatible 12V, 24V, and 48V battery systems, the Lynx Smart BMS integrates directly into the Victron Lynx Distribution System and supports up to 20 Lithium Battery Smart batteries in one BMS system.

It can be monitored and controlled through VictronConnect or a compatible GX device, while multiple Lynx Smart BMS units can be used in supported parallel redundant system architectures. 

Key Technology

• 1000A Main Safety Contactor
  The integrated high-current contactor acts as a secondary battery-protection system if primary ATC, ATD, or DVCC controls fail to disable charging equipment or loads when required. It can also function as a remotely controllable main system switch.

• Built-In Pre-Charge Circuit
  Limits high inrush current when connecting compatible capacitive loads such as inverter/chargers and other inverters, eliminating the need for a separate external pre-charge device in supported installations.

• Integrated Battery Monitor
  Provides real-time battery information including state of charge, voltage, current, historical data, operating status, and other battery-monitoring information.

• Built-In Bluetooth
  Enables local monitoring and control through the VictronConnect app, including Instant Readout for convenient system diagnostics.

• VE.Can & GX Integration

• DVCC Closed-Loop Control

  Monitors fuse status for up to four connected Lynx Distributor modules and provides fuse-failure information through VictronConnect or compatible GX equipment.
