The SMR100-168-B is SunModo’s SMR100 extrusion in a 168″ (14 ft) length with a black anodized finish. Built from 6005-T5 aluminum, the SMR100 profile delivers strong section properties for light, fast, and code-ready PV rail runs on pitched roofs or SunTurf® frames.
Key Benefits
Lightweight Strength: Section properties (Sx ≈ 0.196 in³; Sy ≈ 0.146 in³) balance stiffness with low weight for easy handling.
Durable Alloy: 6005-T5 aluminum with ~34.8 ksi yield and ~37.7 ksi ultimate tensile strength.
System Compatible: Works with SMR Pop-On mid/end clamps, rail splices, L-foot adaptors, end caps, and wire clips.
Special Technology
Pop-On Hardware: SMR ecosystem clamps use a 13 mm (1/2″) hex and fit 30–48 mm module frames for fast installs.

Best Uses
Pitched Roof Arrays & SunTurf® Rows: Long rail runs where a lighter section is sufficient and fast Pop-On clamping is preferred.
