The Solis S5-GC125K-US-RSS is a 125kW three-phase grid-tied string inverter designed for high-capacity photovoltaic systems operating on 480V three-phase utility service. It combines high power density, 10 independent MPPTs, advanced string monitoring, integrated safety functions, and robust outdoor construction in a transformerless inverter platform.

The 125kW model supports up to 1000VDC maximum input voltage, a wide 180–1000V MPPT operating range, and 10 MPPTs with up to 20 input strings. Each MPPT supports up to 32A maximum input current, helping accommodate modern higher-current PV modules.
