S-5! Standing Seam Metal Roof Clamp S-5-Q Mini NB (No B0lt)

The S-5-Q Mini NB is a compact, non-penetrating clamp for bulb-shaped standing seams (up to 1.14″ / 29 mm). It’s the “Mini” version (one setscrew) and ships with no M8 top bolt (“NB”), making it ideal for solar and utility attachments where a threaded M8-1.25 top hole is used with project-specific hardware.

Bulb-Seam Specialist: Fits large round “bulb” seams to 29 mm that Z-series clamps can’t cover. 

Non-Penetrating Hold: Round-point Torx setscrew dimples (doesn’t pierce) to preserve roof warranties. 

Mini Form Factor: Smaller, lighter, single-setscrew clamp for light/medium-duty uses like PV BOS and conduit.

Round-Point Setscrew: T-30 Torx round-point setscrew delivers high clamp force while protecting seam coatings; verify torque 130–150 in-lb (all metals <=22ga steel: 160–180 in-lb).
