The CorruBracket™ 100T PV is a structural aluminum attachment for 7/8″ and 3/4″ corrugated metal roofing (2.67″ crest-to-crest). It mounts on the rib crest (not in valleys), accepts S-5! PVKIT™ 2.0 for rail-less module mounting, and provides 4+ inches of module glass clearance above the corrugation for clean water-shedding and wire management.
Rail-less Ready: Fully compatible with S-5! PVKIT™ 2.0 for fast, low-parts-count installs.
Leak-Aware Design: Attaches on the rib crest; factory-applied gasket provides no-mess waterproofing with an EPDM reservoir that prevents over-compression and shields from UV.
Flexible Layout: Sheeting-only attachment allows module placement anywhere along the corrugation; slotted top hole offers >1″ adjustability.
Integrated Wire Channel: Open channel built into the bracket simplifies wire containment/management.
Durable Materials: 6000-series aluminum bracket with 300-series stainless hardware.
“V” Geometry + Gasket Reservoir: Patented shape limits rib compression under load and shelters the seal for long-term weathertightness.
Accessory Friendly: Provides mounting for microinverters and optimizers at the module level.
