S-5! SnoRod Connector Brass Coupling
The S-5! Brass Coupling joins two sections of SnoRod end-to-end for continuous snow-rail runs on copper standing seam metal roofs. Machined from solid brass, it maintains alignment and electrical/structural continuity while allowing thermal movement in the rail.

Applications
SnoRail / SnoFence systems on copper standing seam roofs: Use to join 3/8″ SnoRod segments between brass end/intermediate seam clamps and optional SnoPost for two-rail fences.
Installation
Slide the Brass Coupling over one 3/8″ SnoRod, insert the adjoining SnoRod, and tighten per system instructions. Place couplings where needed along the run, coordinating with clamp spacing (typ. ≤24″ between clamps; closer in high-snow zones).

SnoRod Coupling Geometry: Purpose-built connector maintains rod continuity without impeding thermal movement, supporting long, straight rail sections.
