The X-Clip III is an aluminum clip with an integrated rubber foot that sits behind the NEX 2.0 pipe on X-Gard rail/pipe snow retention systems. It helps prevent snow and ice from creeping beneath the crossmember on tall standing seam panels. (Use on seams from 2″ to 3″ high; do not use on 3″ horizontal seams.)
