S-5!  Bracket Two-Pipe Snow Retention for Metal Roofs DualGard

The DualGard bracket is the core bracket for S-5’s two-pipe, 1″ snow retention system. It provides a rigid seat for the aluminum cross-pipes and attaches to the roof via S-5 mini clamps on standing seams or with CorruBracket on corrugated panels—delivering strong, non-penetrating snow retention on metal roofs.

Applications

Installation

Clamp-Attached: Each bracket typically uses two S-5 mini clamps; one clamp is fastened on the upslope side of the bracket. Follow span/layout per S-5’s engineering and site loads. 

Optional DualClips: Add DualClip II/III to the lower pipe to reduce snow/ice migration beneath the fence (size based on seam height). 

Special Technology

Non-Penetrating Attachment: Preserves roof integrity on standing seams by clamping to the seam rib instead of through-fastening. 

Systemized Accessories: Compatible with S-5 aluminum cross-pipes, splices, collars, and end caps for continuous runs.

Warranty

Covered by S-5!’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, which protects against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the roof on which the product is installed.
