The PIF-RBDT InstaFlash Black Dovetail T-Bolt Kit is a rafter-attached, self-flashing roof mount engineered to deliver permanent, watertight penetrations for railed PV systems. Each assembly includes Pegasus’ factory-installed, non-hardening chemical flashing, a stainless steel lag, and an integrated dovetail T-bolt with nut—eliminating caulking, reducing install time, and ensuring long-term roof protection.

Installation Notes

• Rafter-attached installation using the included 5/16" × 4.0" stainless steel lag.

• Drill a 7/32" pilot hole centered on the rafter; align InstaFlash down-arrows toward the eave.

• Drive lag until the InstaFlash base is fully seated to compress the sealant.
