Special Technology

The IQ-PARALLEL utilizes IOTA’s proven IQ4 4-Stage Charging Algorithm:

• Bulk Stage – Provides full charger output to quickly replenish deeply discharged batteries (up to 14.8V for 12V systems)

• Absorption Stage – Delivers sustained charge (up to 14.2V) for a full-capacity recharge over 8 hours

• Float Stage – Maintains charge at a lower voltage (13.6V), preventing gassing and overheating

• Equalization Stage – Automatically activates every 7 days of float to dissolve sulfation and prevent battery stratification

Each stage is automatically managed, and a built-in LED indicates the current charging status. This results in a smarter, safer charge cycle for deep-cycle, AGM, VRLA, and select lithium batteries.
