The K2 Standing Seam PowerClamp Standard Set (4000017) is a non-penetrating clamp for standing seam metal roofs. With two stainless set screws and a mill-finish aluminum body, it delivers a secure, rail-ready attachment point for PV racking while preserving roof integrity.

Installation
Seam Prep & Clamp Placement: Align clamp on the seam per the profile; tighten set screw(s) to the torque for the roof gauge.
L-Foot & Rail Connection: Attach slotted L-Foot to clamp; insert T-Bolt into CrossRail side channel and tighten.
Torque Guidance: 22 GA: 130–140 in-lb; 24 GA: 150–160 in-lb; 26 GA: 170–180 in-lb; 29 GA: 190–200 in-lb. T-Bolt to rail: 25.8 ft-lb (35 Nm). Tools: 13 mm deep socket; torque wrench (10–50 ft-lb).
