Sold as one frame section. A complete row requires one IR-30 frame per solar panel plus one additional frame at the beginning of the row. For example, two panels installed together in one row require three frames.
The IntegraRack BallastRack IR-30 is a lightweight, fixed 30-degree ground-mount frame designed for fast, rail-free solar panel installation. The universal frame supports multiple panel sizes and can be installed using compatible ballasted, EarthBallast™, AnchorSpike™ or bolted foundation methods.
Each frame weighs approximately 10 lb and is constructed from corrosion-resistant 6061-T6 aluminum with steel IR-F2 module bonding clamps. The IR-30 is designed for residential, agricultural and light commercial ground-mount arrays where straightforward installation and flexible foundation options are important.
Solar panels, ballast and foundation accessories are not included. Select the foundation method and required components according to the current IntegraRack instructions, project design, soil conditions, module size and local requirements.
Not included: Solar panel, ballast, curb stops, EarthBallast™ materials, AnchorSpike™ components, concrete foundations, electrical grounding equipment and installation tools unless specifically stated elsewhere in the order.
Foundation selection and ballast requirements are site-specific. Always use the current IntegraRack engineering tables and installation instructions for the selected module size, wind speed, snow load and site conditions.

Published wind and snow ratings are maximum reference values, not a site-specific approval. Actual requirements depend on module dimensions, foundation method, ballast or hold-down capacity, exposure category, terrain, local design wind speed, snow load and applicable codes.
No. This listing includes one frame section. IntegraRack specifies one frame per panel plus one additional frame at the beginning of each row. One panel in its own row requires two frames, two panels in one row require three frames and six panels in one row require seven frames.
No. Ballast, EarthBallast™, AnchorSpike™, concrete foundations and other site-specific installation materials are sold separately. Select the foundation system using the current IntegraRack documentation and the project requirements.
The IR-30 is designed for a wide range of module sizes. Published engineering tables provide separate ratings for modules up to 24 sq. ft. and up to 32 sq. ft. Larger modules receive reduced wind and snow ratings. Confirm the exact module dimensions, clamp zones and applicable engineering before ordering.
Check the panel's overall dimensions, total area, frame thickness and manufacturer-approved clamp zones against the current IntegraRack documentation. Published engineering tables provide separate ratings for modules up to 24 sq. ft. and up to 32 sq. ft. Reduced wind and snow ratings apply to the larger module category. Modules outside the published categories require confirmation from IntegraRack or a qualified project engineer.
It may be installed using an approved ballasted or bolted design when the surface and foundation can support the required loads. A qualified professional should confirm structural capacity, attachment or ballast requirements, wind uplift and local approval before installation.
The IR-30 is a ground-mount frame, not a balcony-railing mount. Do not place or attach it on an elevated deck, terrace or balcony unless a qualified professional approves the structure, wind-uplift design, ballast or attachment method, setbacks and local compliance.
Requirements vary by location and installation method. Some movable or ballasted installations may be treated differently from systems attached to permanent foundations. Always confirm permitting, structural and electrical requirements with the local Authority Having Jurisdiction before installation.
