The SI65-PEL64R-4 is a 65 A, 4-pole enclosed DC solar isolator with a lockable rotary handle (IP67/NEMA 4X). Built on IMO’s TRUE DC architecture with operator-independent snap action and knife-edge contacts, it delivers fast arc suppression and reliable disconnection for high-power PV arrays up to 1500 Vdc.
High Voltage/Current: Up to 65 A ratings across PV voltages when wired 4-poles-in-series, supporting modern 1000–1500 Vdc arrays.
Safety by Design: Snap-action mechanism with built-in arc chambers (≈3–5 ms typical arc suppression) and knife-edge contacts for low, stable resistance.
Weather-Tight Enclosure: Lockable rotary handle enclosure rated IP67 / NEMA 4X for harsh outdoor sites. :
TRUE DC Switching: Operator-independent mechanism ensures rapid make/break regardless of handle speed; polarity-independent design.
Flexible Pole Configurations: Supports 2, 4, 6, and 8-pole arrangements (this model: 4-pole), including 4S/4B/4T series wiring for higher voltage isolation.
