The GoodWe GW7600-ES-US20 ES-US Series is a 7.6kW split-phase high-voltage hybrid inverter designed for residential solar, battery storage, and backup power applications in North America.
Designed to increase solar self-consumption, it combines PV generation, high-voltage battery integration, grid interaction, and backup capability in a single intelligent energy platform.
The ES-US platform also supports an optional EV charger, smart home integration, multiple communication protocols, and compatible fossil-fuel generator integration.

The GW7600-ES-US20 incorporates extensive protection functionality, including PV string current monitoring, PV insulation resistance detection, residual current monitoring, PV and battery reverse-polarity protection, anti-islanding protection, AC overcurrent protection, AC short-circuit protection, AC overvoltage protection, AFCI, battery arc-fault detection, and integrated rapid shutdown. A DC switch, Type II DC surge protection, and Type III AC surge protection are also integrated into the platform.
The GW7600-ES-US20 provides 7,600VA nominal backup output at 120/240V with up to 31.7A output current. When sufficient PV and battery power are available, maximum apparent output can reach 12,920VA for 10 seconds, providing additional short-duration capacity for supported loads with higher startup requirements. GoodWe specifies that an Automatic Backup Device is required for the residential backup function.
The ES-US Series supports an optional 9.6kW AC Level 2 EV charger with selectable charging current up to 40A and an SAE J1772 charging interface. EV charger configuration is available through the app using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The EV charger and its 7.6-meter charging cable are separate system components.
