8.9kW Solar Kit + 9kWh Sigenergy Battery Backup with EV Charger

This package combines 20 Hanersun 445W all-black solar panels with a Sigenergy SigenStor battery, Energy Controller, LoadHub US and an 11.5kW NACS EV charger. Generate electricity for your home, store energy for later and charge a compatible EV at home.

The solar array provides 8.9kW of rated DC capacity. The battery provides 9.04kWh of nominal storage and 8.76kWh of rated usable capacity for daily energy use and backup of selected home circuits.

Hanersun 445W All-Black Solar Panels

The Hanersun HN18N-54HT445W uses N-Type TOPCon cells and bifacial dual-glass construction. Each panel delivers 445W of rated front-side output with an all-black appearance.

Rear-side cells can capture reflected light where installation conditions allow. Additional production depends on mounting clearance, surrounding surfaces and shading. The kit’s 8.9kW rating excludes any rear-side gain.

Sigenergy SigenStor Battery Backup

The BAT 9.0 US stores energy for evening use and power outages. It uses lithium iron phosphate chemistry and includes a battery management system that monitors operating conditions.

One battery module supplies up to 4.6kW continuously. This configuration is suited to selected essential loads; your installer must review running power and startup requirements when choosing backup circuits. The controller’s maximum rating does not mean this kit delivers 11.5kW of battery-only backup.

Additional compatible battery modules can be added within Sigenergy’s installation and commissioning requirements.

11.5kW NACS EV Charger

The Sigen EVAC charger provides Level 2 AC charging through an integrated 25-foot cable with a NACS connector. It connects to the home’s electrical supply through a hardwired installation.

Charging output is up to 11.5kW, depending on the electrical supply, charger settings and vehicle’s onboard charging capability. The included battery cannot supply the charger’s full rated output on its own.

Confirm your vehicle’s AC charging inlet before ordering. For a vehicle with a J1772 inlet, contact us about the J1772 charger version. Vehicle charging adapters are not included.

Solar generation can contribute to EV charging. Grid power may supplement charging when solar production is insufficient. This AC charger does not provide vehicle-to-home or vehicle-to-grid discharge.

Energy Controller and LoadHub

The Sigen Energy Controller Split Phase US includes the hybrid inverter and manages solar generation, battery charging and power conversion. It supports output configurations up to 11.5kW, with the final setting selected for the installation.

The Sigen LoadHub US provides integration for supported backup operation on US 120/240V split-phase systems. EV charger circuit placement and availability during outages depend on the system design.

Technical Specifications

Rated usable battery capacity is measured under manufacturer test conditions at beginning of life. Actual capacity and runtime vary with operating conditions, settings, connected loads and battery age.

Installation

Installation, permits, solar racking, site wiring, breakers, rapid-shutdown equipment and charging adapters are not included. Contact us to confirm the battery mounting and connection accessories supplied with your order.

The installer must confirm panel string sizing, controller settings, electrical service capacity, EV charging circuit requirements and backup loads. Additional sensors or metering may be required for charger energy-management features. Installation must meet manufacturer requirements and local codes.

This kit supports grid-connected solar and battery backup. Grid connection requires applicable utility approval.

This kit ships by freight. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. If you need a liftgate and pallet jack, or cannot receive a freight delivery, contact us before ordering to confirm delivery arrangements.

Inspect the shipment on arrival and note visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Sigenergy warranty coverage requires installation by a Sigenergy-certified installer and compliance with manufacturer terms. Reliable internet access is required for the battery’s full 10-year coverage; sites without it receive a 5-year limited battery warranty.
