The SMA Sunny Highpower PEAK3 125-US is a high-power 125kW three-phase string inverter designed around a modular 1,500VDC architecture. Its high power density, compact form factor, and scalable design make it suitable for large PV installations where installation efficiency, system uptime, and centralized plant management are important.

The PEAK3 125-US supports up to 250kWp maximum PV array power, a maximum system voltage of 1,500VDC, and up to 180A maximum operating input current. On the AC side, the inverter delivers 125kW nominal power at 480V three-phase with up to 98.5% CEC efficiency. 

SMA combines the PEAK3 platform with SMA Smart Connected remote service functionality and the ennexOS energy management platform. The inverter's modular architecture is designed to simplify installation and commissioning while reducing balance-of-system requirements and helping maximize plant uptime.
