The S-5! S-5-TH is a non-penetrating metal roof attachment clamp designed specifically for T-shaped standing-seam roof profiles and lighter-duty rooftop attachments such as solar PV, conduit, and pipe clamps. The “H” in S-5-TH stands for Hinge, referring to its Living Hinge single-piece design that allows the clamp to snap over the roof rib and accommodate normal roof-panel thermal movement.
The S-5-TH is compatible with roof profiles including McElroy Metal Trap Tee and Morin SymmeTry, as well as similar T-shaped roofs. Its zero-penetration design helps preserve the roof system by avoiding drilled holes while allowing the roof panels to expand and contract naturally.
For solar installations, the clamp pairs directly with the S-5! PVKIT for rail-less module mounting and also includes an M8 top attachment hole for compatible rail-based mounting systems. The product is manufactured from 6000 series aluminum and uses 300 series stainless steel hardware for long-term corrosion resistance.
