Unlike a standard 410W DC panel, this Q.PEAK DUO AC module arrives with the Q.MI.349B-G1 microinverter integrated into the module, providing module-level DC-to-AC conversion and built-in rapid shutdown capability. The system operates at 240V AC and is designed to simplify installation while reducing the number of separate components required on the roof.
The module also incorporates U.S.-manufactured components and is identified by Qcells as a Domestic Content option. According to Qcells, the module and microinverter are assembled in Georgia and Michigan, respectively. Eligibility for any domestic-content tax incentive should be confirmed for the specific project.
