RMA stands for Return Material Authorization. Yes, an RMA must be formally agreed to and issued by US Solar Supplier prior to any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The order must have shipped within the last 30 days from the date of your RMA request.
To be eligible, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All items must also be in their original packaging.
Inspections may take 1-2 business days to complete upon receipt of returned items.
